The Maricopa County Air Quality Department continues its 2013 Brown Bag series event on Thursday, May 23, 2013, 12:00pm at the department’s offices, 1001 N. Central Ave., Phoenix.
Presenters: Planning and Analysis Manager, Corky Martinkovic
Have you ever heard of a SIP? It stands for State Implementation Plan. It’s a document that outlines how an area that fails to meet federal clean air standards plans to improve until the standard is met. Join us at the MCAQD offices for our next brown bag where Planning and Analysis Manager Corky Martinkovic will break it down and outline what a SIP is and how it’s developed.
The Brown Bag is open to the public at no charge. Please RSVP to attend this brown bag session to Ken Hooker by e-mail: KHooker@mail.maricopa.gov or by phone (602) 506-5102.
