Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AR ROC)

Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) is the state agency that licenses and regulates residential and commercial contractors in Arizona. AZ ROC staff investigates and works to resolve complaints against licensed contractors and unlicensed entities. During disasters, it is not uncommon for impacted property owners to be scammed by individuals taking advantage of those who feel rushed to make immediate decisions regarding repairs to homes or businesses. Arizona Registrar of Contractors welcomes property owners to call the agency for information about how to avoid these scams and to know which steps to take when hiring someone for repairs, so they are not the victims of additional disasters, such as abandoned or shoddy work.
