Subdivision Program Permit Application Submittal (Web Form)

  1. Submittal of incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays in the plan review time. Online site plan submittals must be legible and to scale.
    Bold font and the following color scheme for utility lines is recommended: Water: Blue, Sewer: Green, Reuse: Purple.
  2. For projects with more than two (2) components, please repeat the process until all component documents have been submitted.
