Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, Section 409 of the Floodplain Regulations, and the Flood Control District Floodplain Review Board Procedures, notice is hereby given to the parties, Cave Creek Crossing Corporation (“CCCC”), and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”), that the Flood Control District of Maricopa County’s Floodplain Review Board will hold a continued appeal hearing for In the Matter of Cave Creek Crossing Corporation (“CCCC”).
