Public Records Requests

In Maricopa County, each department handles its own records. The Office of the Clerk of the Board maintains records related to Board of Supervisors and Boards of Directors of countywide district actions and related documents. Such records are available for public inspection in the Clerk's Office during regular business hours.

Fees


The Clerk of the Board charges for records provided in a tangible format, pursuant to A.R.S. §39-121.01 (D)(1). Additional costs may be charged for commercial purposes. In general, the Clerk's Office charges:
  • $0.25 per paper page
  • $5 for a CD/DVD
