Maricopa County environmental services Department Adjusts Public Operations because of COVID-19
In an effort to continue serving our community, while protecting the health and safety of customers and employees, Maricopa County is taking additional measures to limit foot traffic at county buildings. Starting Wednesday, March 25, 2020 Maricopa County Environmental Services Department’s customer service lobbies will be closed to the public.
We are accepting permits online or via a drop-box, which is located outside the lobby at 301 West Jefferson St., Phoenix.
Emergency electrical permits and FastTrack (1-day turnaround) eligible permits should be submitted via email to PNDFastTrack@Maricopa.gov. A list of permits that are eligible for FastTrack can be found here.
All permits will be issued electronically. Payment can be made online or by calling the cashier at 602-372-0251.
Inspections will continue. Inspectors will follow social distancing requirements.
The Environmental Services Department strives for the highest level of customer service while processing over 24,000 permits a year. We appreciate residents and businesses for adopting this temporary process to protect our community.
