Transportation System Plan 2040

The Transportation System Plan (TSP) 2040 sets the framework of the future transportation system as population, development, technology, and other factors impact Maricopa County. The plan will evaluate roadway needs, set performance measures, and provide a clear vision through 2040.

We want to hear from you!

To complete the plan, we need a clear understanding of challenges and opportunities that are present in our transportation system. As users of the transportation system, without your input the plan will be incomplete. Here is how you can help!

Enter your comment on our Interactive County map or you can submit a comment via email. Projects were added on October 1, 2020. All comments made previously are available on the map under “Fall 2019 comments” or “Spring 2020 comments.” The map will be open for the duration of the project however all comments will be pulled on November 9, 2020 in order to be incorporated into the Final Report. All comments made after this date will be incorporated if possible or will be used in future studies and plans.
