Our January statistics show continued support for Maricopa County's lost and abandoned dogs and cats. Here's a look at what we were able to accomplish thanks to your support:
We took in 1,043 strays from the field;
We took in 1,069 animals from the public;
Total strays from field and public: 2,112.
Found new homes for 1,515 dogs and cats;
Reunited 513 pets with their owners.
Our return-to-owner redemption rate for January was 24 percent.
