A permit is required for a stationary source that emits or has the maximum capacity to emit regulated air pollutants in an amount greater than or equal to the permitting thresholds listed below.  

Dust Control Permit is required by Rule 310 for any activity that will disturb a surface area equal to or greater than 0.1 acre (4,356 square feet).
