| We will continue our Fitness series as long as everyone wants to keep it going. We’ll start a bit earlier to beat the heat. Who needs a gym membership when you can reap the same benefits in the beautiful outdoors? See how fun exercise can be out in the scenic setting of Cave Creek Regional Park. All levels of fitness are welcome. We will set a moderate, steady pace, based on the fitness level of participants. Beginners are welcome. We will hike about a 3.5-miles in a different part of the park each week. Meet at the Nature Center. Bring plenty of water! |
