| You asked for it, you got it! These early morning walks are geared for anyone who wants to start walking their way toward better health and wellness. Meet at the Gila Trailhead and walk on the 0.5-mile barrier free trail. Get off the couch and get moving with others who have the same goals. As you build your fitness level, you can increase your distance. You are in control of how fast and how far you choose to go each week. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Leave your excuses at home. Meet at the Gila Trailhead. |

Bring your binocs and come on out. No previous birding experience is required, only an interest in birds! This is a steep hill, so wear sturdy shoes and prepare for a somewhat strenuous hike. We’ll look for phainopeplas (often called ‘black cardinals’) and shrikes on this hike with plenty of views. Meet at the Lousley Hill Kiosk. |
