| Who needs a treadmill? See how fun exercise can be out in the scenic setting of Cave Creek Regional Park. Come to one or all of the Fitness Hikes from now until December. All levels of fitness are welcome. We will set a moderate, steady pace, based on the fitness level of participants. Beginners are welcome.
