| Who needs a gym membership when you can reap the same benefits in the beautiful outdoors—for much less than the cost of the gym? See how fun exercise can be out in the scenic setting of Cave Creek Regional Park. Come to one or all of the Fitness Hikes from now until December. All levels of fitness are welcome. We will set a moderate, steady pace, based on the fitness level of participants. Beginners are welcome. We will bring you throughout a different part of the park each week and total 2.5 to 3.5 miles each week. Meet at the Overton Trailhead. |

| Join Ranger Amy as we celebrate Halloween a bit early by listening for the howls of coyotes on this easy Moonlit Hike on the North Trail. Learn about these furry tricksters of lore as we take an easy 3-mile loop on the North Trail.
Since the moon won't be completely full this night, feel free to bring a flashlight. As always, bring plenty of water and sturdy shoes. Hiking time is 2 hours, and 3 miles. No pets please. Hike begins at the North Trail Trailhead. Moonlit hike programs are free with $6/vehicle entry to the Park. |
