The provisions of this Code are applicable to the unincorporated areas lying within the boundaries of Maricopa County, and the incorporated areas lying within the boundaries of Maricopa County, and the incorporated cities and towns whose governing bodies specifically request the services of the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department. |
