GET TESTED

$20 at the Maricopa County STD Clinic includes testing for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV. This price also includes treatment for syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. The clinic DOES NOT perform PAP Smears, HPV testing, or herpes testing.

$40 at FIT Clinic includes testing for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV. Herpes and hepatitis testing is available for an additional fee. This price also includes treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis.

Because so many STDs do not have symptoms,
the only way to know for sure is to get tested.

CONFIDENTIALITY

By law, all information regarding demographics, clinical encounters with a medical provider, testing, and treatment is confidential. This information is not shared with outside non-public health agencies without the written permission of the patient.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

In order to obtain copies of a medical record or testing results, a picture ID with the name and date of birth matching the medical record must be presented at the time of request. Records releases are done Mon. through Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & from 2:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
