Foreign Travel Immunizations

Immunizations and anti-malarial medications are available, for a fee, for people traveling to foreign countries where vaccine preventable disease and malaria are common. To learn more about which vaccines are required for your travel destination, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We are located at 1645 E. Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, just south of the I-10 and 202 freeway interchange. If you are traveling from the east, exit off the 202 westbound at 24th Street. Head south on 24th Street, then turn west on Roosevelt Street. We are located on the south side of Roosevelt Street, east of 16th Street. If you are traveling from the west, exit the I-10 eastbound at 16th Street. Head south on 16th Street, then turn east on Roosevelt Street. We are located on the south side of Roosevelt Street, east of 16th Street.
