Clinical Services Overview
Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Clinical Services is located at 1645 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006 and offers immunizations (or vaccines) against Hepatitis A and B viruses (there is no vaccine developed for Hepatitis C).
Maricopa County Department of Public Health Clinical Services offers Hepatitis vaccine but not testing. For Hepatitis testing, please contact your primary care provider, your local low-cost health center or a walk-in lab center.

Adult Immunization (AI) Walk-In Clinic every Wednesday & Thursday afternoon 1-4 p.m. and by Appointment.
Please note there is a consultation fee per patient visit.
