Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and HIV
GET TESTED
The $20 fee at the Maricopa County STD Clinic includes testing for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV. Between 8am-3pm, a rapid HIV test is offered with results available in about an hour. This price also includes treatment for syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea.
NOTE: The clinic DOES NOT perform treatment for genital warts, herpes testing, HPV testing, PAP Smears, birth control (other than condoms), general medicine/non-STD problem help, genital herpes testing, HIV treatment, or pregnancy care.
ADDITIONAL TESTING
Syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV testing for $40 can be found at the clinics below. Herpes and hepatitis testing is available for an additional fee. This price also includes treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis.
Because so many STDs do not have symptoms,
the only way to know for sure is to get tested.
CONFIDENTIALITY
By law, all information regarding demographics, clinical encounters with a medical provider, testing, and treatment is confidential. This information is not shared with outside non-public health agencies without the written permission of the patient.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
In order to obtain copies of a medical record or testing results, a picture ID with the name and date of birth matching the medical record must be presented at the time of request. Records releases are done Mon. through Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & from 2:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
