Oversees the prioritization of Ryan White Part A service categories, defines the service categories, and recommends allocations to service categories based on current epidemiological data, needs assessments, and consumer input.

Community Health Planning & Strategies |
|
Oversees the development of community needs assessments, reviews and updates the community's comprehensive plan for the delivery of HIV/AIDS services, and monitors the progress in fulfilling the comprehensive plan and assuring local access to services in both urban and rural areas throughout the EMA.

Education & Empowerment |

Develops and presents free educational events for HIV positive individuals and affected family and friends. |
