Why Volunteering makes a difference

When we give of our time, our attention and ourselves, we become an active participant in a momentum for positive change.

Volunteerism is an act of giving and serves as a healthy, proactive outlet for improving the condition or community around us.

The Department has several volunteer opportunities and invites you to explore the links below and see if these opportunities may be a good fit for you, your family and colleagues.

Volunteerism is contagious!

Encourage others to give of themselves today!
