MOU & Protocol Group
This Group shall work with coalition partners to explore and review all existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs); and to expand and update those MOUs to accommodate Coalition requirements. This Group shall also develop policies and procedures, and may propose initiatives regarding integration of the Emergency Response Plans with the jurisdictional and the State Response Plans.
