Mission: The mission of the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary is to provide guardianship, conservatorship, decedent services and court ordered investigations for vulnerable persons so their estates and well being are protected. Vision: To be a recognized leader in providing professional, efficient and compassionate fiduciary services. Managing for Results (MFR) means that an entire organization, its management system, and the people who work there are focused on achieving results for the customer. MFR makes it possible to make good business decisions based on performance and for a department to demonstrate accountability for results. The MFR system involves substantive strategic planning and self-evaluation, the measurement of outputs and outcomes, use of performance measures in management and resource allocation, and the use of forward-looking needs assessments in program management. MFR supports the Government Performance Project initiated in 1996. The MCPF has been successful in analyzing departmental issues, developing strategic goals, and reaching performance measure goals. The MCPF has been one of only three departments at the county to win both the Fiscal and Strategic Fitness awards. For Richard T.
