MARICOPA
COUNTY PUBLIC FIDUCIARY The Maricopa County Public Fiduciary's compensation for fiduciary services are governed pursuant to A.R.S. § 14-5601, et seq., and are submitted for approval to the Superior Court, with notice and hearing in accordance with the provisions of Maricopa County Local Rule 5.7. Routinely, no fees will be taken until they have been approved by the court. Fees shall not be collected for guardianship and conservatorship services when the taking of fees would lower the individual estate account or patient trust account balance below $600. Fees shall be calculated in accordance with this schedule as approved by the Court. Direct expenses are payable from the Estate, and may include fees collected by the Clerk of the Superior Court, fees of the Maricopa County Recorder, publication costs, postage, mileage, copies, facsimile transmissions, out-of-pocket expenses, storage and computer charges, subject to subsequent approval of the Court. FEE SCHEDULE APPLICABLE PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 14-5604 AND A.R.S. § 14-5605. The following fees are applicable for compensation to the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 14-5604: ·
