The members of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice promulgated by the National Guardianship Association and the Fiduciary Certification Unit of the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts. Both the NGA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice were formally adopted by the Arizona Fiduciaries Association on May 19, 1995.
