Maricopa County Public Fiduciary Staff
The Office of the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary is comprised of professionals
supported by a superb staff. Professionals and staff are of one mind in the effort to carry out the
mission of the Office. Their goal is to serve the wards and protected persons assigned to them with the hope
that the individual may be made whole and returned to an unrestricted life. They see their responsibility as one of interim
safeguarding.
There are fourteen (14) Guardian Administrators and seven (7) Estate Administrators in the Office, a Licensed Fraud
Investigator, two attorneys, several paralegals, a legal support staff, accountants, bookkeepers, and benefits experts.
Most hold baccalaureate degrees, many having earned graduate degree credentials.
The Guardian Administrators' background is in behavioral sciences and the Estate Administrators have a background in finance.
The Director is very proud of each employee serving within the Office.
