to the Office of the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary (MCPF).
It is the responsibility of the Public Fiduciary to protect
the legal rights and financial interests of vulnerable adults
needing guardianship and conservatorship and to administer
decedent estates where there is no one else able to do so.
It is the Public Fiduciary's role to balance protection with
autonomy so that people may live in a way they choose with
