Youth: Having Their Say on Racism
Wednesday, April 2, 2008 : 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Phoenix College, Dome Auditorium : 3110 N. 10th Ave.
(Northeast corner of 11th Avenue and Flower Street)
Past Healing Racism forums have included voices from various age groups, including last April's "Generational Voices," which explored how the experience of race and racism has changed over time. For this forum we ask today's youth to share their experiences and insights into how far we've come, and what remains to be done in improving race relations for ourselves and upcoming generations.
The forum is free and open to the public.
