Animal Care & Control Dog Licensing Available on Web

Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) is excited to announce that our customers can now license their dog for the first time or renew a dog license on our web site, www.pets.maricopa.gov This is an exciting new feature that will help make licensing easier and more convenient for our customers.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisor’s Chairman, Andy Kunasek agrees. “Anything that makes it easier for our community to get their beloved dogs licensed is a good idea.  Yes, it is the law in Maricopa County, but a dog license also allows pets to be reunited with their owners if they get lost. MCACC is on top of its game by giving the community many options to get their dog licenses.”

The law requires that all dogs over the age of three months be licensed in Maricopa County. One can still obtain a dog license over the counter at any of our three locations or mail in their application. For more information, visit www.pets.maricopa.gov or call (602) 560-PETS.

Maricopa County Animal Care & Control is a full service animal welfare agency with shelter, adoptions, field services, licensing and education programs.  Their mission is to promote and protect the health, safety, and welfare of people and pets in Maricopa County.
