Announcing CMG Care Today - Arrowhead Location

Starting November 21, 2007, we are open for business from 9 am to 7 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Weekends and Holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas).   Arrowhead CMG CareToday is located at 20165 N. 67th Avenue, Glenadale 85308.  This is located just south of the 101 on 67th Avenue in the South East strip mall next to the Sylvan Learning Center.  CMG CareToday is available to provide for low acuity problems on a walk in basis.  (Please see our website at www.cmgaz.com for a complete listing of services offered).  This is also a very convenient location for members to get their flu shots.  For those times when members cannot see their primary care physicians, both CMG CareToday and CMG Urgent Care are available.  You can feel good about referring members to CMG knowing that we provide a level of care and quality second to none.
