Stephen Wetzel, Chief Information Officer, and Wes Baysinger, Director of Procurement, presented a county-wide document production management strategy to the Management Team on March 8, 2012. This strategy is based on best practices for planning workplace document management. Objectives include efficient use of County resources, cost savings (avoidance), and continuous improvement.
