Air Quality Department 2011 Annual Report
February 23, 2012 [Maricopa County, AZ] — The Air Quality Department released its first annual air quality report today. The 2011 Annual Report covers air quality monitoring results and significant department activities in 2011.
The department regulates nearly 6,000 businesses through air quality rules, permitting, monitoring, compliance and enforcement. Additional information on each of these areas is available on the department website http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/.
