The Maricopa County Air Quality Department issued an Opportunity to Correct (OTC) Policy effective November 7, 2011. The purpose of the OTC policy is to ensure that OTCs are uniformly and fairly used to bring minor air quality violations into compliance. The department revised an Interim Notice to Comply policy to reflect changes passed into law (HB2665) earlier this year. The signed policy has been posted to the department’s webpage at: http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/enforcement/docs/pdf/PP-2011-003.pdf
