News Release for draft TA2010018

The public is encouraged to review and comment on the draft of the proposed Text Amendment (TA2010018) to the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance regarding Wireless Communication Facilities (WCFs). Essentially, the Wireless Communication Facility Use Districts are being eliminated. WCFs are permitted in all zoning districts subject to conditions. Please see the following link for the draft amendment for (revised) Chapter 12.
