
Supervisor Fulton Brock is all smiles as he volunteers for the "Reading for the Stars Program," that empowers students with competence and confidence to succeed. The supervisor recently read to children at San Marcos Elementary in Chandler School District. The goals of the program are to
- Increase student's reading achievement,
- Increase students' belief in themselves, and
- Reduce factors that lead to future delinquency and incarceration.
