Local Additions & Addenda

On September 5, 2007, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to adopt the following building codes with AZBO/MAG amendments:

2006 International Building Code 2005 National Electrical Code 2006 International Mechanical Code 2006 International Plumbing Code (effective 01-19-08) 2006 International Residential Code

Please also reference various local amendments as detailed in the Local Additions & Addenda. These additions & addenda contain information regarding any local variations on the code which have been established.
