The Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance defines Legal Non-Conforming
uses (Section 1305) as “any use of land, building or structure, lawfully existing at the time this Ordinance or amendments thereto became
effective. . .” Accordingly, these are uses that are “grandfathered.”
There is no fee for processing an application for a Legal Non-Conforming Use.
