| November 17 Saturday 10:00 am Desert Discovery Day at the Jewel of the Creek Join us from 10am-2pm as we discover the wonder and beauty of our Sonoran Desert home with a day of outdoor experiences and hands-on education at the Jewel of the Creek Preserve. The day will include a “scavenger hunt” of informational stations along the Harry Dalton Trail. There will be exhibitors, crafts, and even free hot dogs, snacks, and beverages. Participants include Arizona Archaeologcal Society, Arizona Audobon, Maricopa County Parks and Recreation, Southwest Wildlife, and Wild at Heart. |
