Join us for this popular, family-friendly, un-timed, fundraiser that offers the public the only opportunity to cross the Waddell Dam overlooking the scenic lake. Participants may choose an easy 4-mile paved route or a more challenging 7-mile course through the desert. Immediately following the race, participants will enjoy wildlife displays and healthy expert advice from vendors. All proceeds benefit family programs in the park that are offered free to the public.

The early-bird registration fee of $20 is good through February 22nd. The fee for those registering before March 21st is $25.00. Discounts are available to pre-registering seniors (age 65 and over) and children under 13 years of age.

The vehicle entry fee is waived for pre-registered participants. Late registration is available on event day for $30 plus park entry fee (no discounts). All participants receive an event shirt, water bottle, and race bag of goodies along with automatic entry into the drawings for great prizes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For security reasons, backpacks, animals, strollers, bicycles, wheelchairs, and children under 5 are not permitted on the dam.
