Join us for Lake Pleasant's Ninth Annual Dam Good Run, Walk, Hike! This popular, family-friendly, un-timed, fundraiser offers the public the only opportunity to cross the Waddell Dam overlooking the scenic lake. This year, the participants have the opportunity to choose between three routes:
- Dam Fun - 2-miles (course does not go onto the dam)
- Dam Challenging - 4-miles
- Dam Tough - 8-miles
All proceeds benefit family programs in the park that are offered free to the public.
The early-bird registration fee of $20 is good through March 30, 2013. The fee for those registering between March 31 - April 5, 2013 is $25.00. The vehicle entry fee is waived for pre-registered participants.
Registration on the day of the event is $30 plus park entry fee (no discounts). To register with a credit card, contact (928) 501-1710 (contact station). Downloadable registration forms are available below. Completed forms accepted by mail with a check or money order. The fee included access to the course(s), water and a tee-shirt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For security reasons, backpacks, animals, strollers, bicycles, wheelchairs, and children under five years of age are not permitted on the dam.
