| Thursdays Beginner's Fitness Hike - Scenic Trail- McDowell |

| Who needs a gym membership when you can reap the same benefits in the beautiful outdoors—for much less than the cost of the gym? Come to one or all of the Fitness Hiking Series, every Thursday (locations vary). We will build up to a longer hike at the end of the month. Participants who attend 2 or more hikes in a month will receive a free water bottle. All levels of fitness are welcome. This week’s hike is a more challenging, slightly longer trail, on the Scenic Trail. Meet at the Trailhead Staging Area. Please bring plenty of water and wear appropriate hiking shoes. |
