| This way better than a treadmill! See how fun exercise can be in Cave Creek Regional Park. Come to one or all of the Fitness Hikes. All levels of fitness are welcome. We will set a moderate, steady pace, based on the fitness level of participants. Beginners are welcome. We will bring you out on a different trail each week and total 2.5 to 3.5 miles each week. Meet at the Slate Trailhead. |
