Addenda means the original solicitation has been modified. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that all Addenda have been read and incorporated into the final bid or proposal.

  Title:  Phlebotomy Services

Description: Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) hereby solicits sealed proposals from qualified Phlebotomists to provide Phlebotomy Services on a per draw basis for the Maricopa Medical Center Laboratory. Completed applications for this solicitation will be reviewed on a continuing basis.

Description:  Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System is preparing a Register of Qualified Consultants to provide architectural and engineering services necessary to program, design, and construct renovation and remodeling of facilities for Maricopa Integrated Health System, Facility Management, located at 2601 E. Description:  Maricopa County Special Health Care District is soliciting quotes for an Emergency Department (ED) revenue system that will automate and capture the current MIHS patient charges that are currently tracked manually.

 

 

Title:  Agent of Record for Disability Insurance for Resident Physicians

Description:   Maricopa County Special Health Care District d.b.a. Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a solicitation process to obtain disability coverage for MIHS Residents that is satisfactory to MIHS and handle the administrative functions related to Resident Disability for MIHS.
