NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that sealed responses will be received by the Procurement Officer,Maricopa County Department of Public Health Administration, 4041 N. Central Avenue, #1400, Phoenix, AZ 85012 for furnishing the items listed below for Maricopa County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to waive any informalities in any proposal. Awards will be made to the responsive/responsible proposer whose response has been deemed most advantageous in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation.
