NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that sealed bids/proposals will be received by the Director, Materials Management Center, 320 W. Lincoln Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003 for furnishing the items listed below for Maricopa County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, and to waive any informalities in any bid/proposal. The Board shall let the contract for bids (IFBs) to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting specifications. For proposals (RFPs), award will be made to the responsive/responsible proposer whose proposal has been deemed most advantageous in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.
