"Wellness
at Work" consists of two main components: Wellness and Ergonomics.
The wellness component provides a variety of activities and services
for enhancing employee well being and improving personal health.
Current activities include: enrichment festivals - information on
nutrition, cancer, blood pressure, smoking and general health; fitness
center - provide individual assessment, instruction and coaching;
The Ergonomics Program offers the following services to reduce risk,
prevent repetitive injury and improve productivity: Preventative
and medical workstation evaluations, industrial ergonomic studies
for successful return to work, evaluation for ADA accommodations,
furniture and chair evaluations/recommendations, customized and
standard training and work site train-the-trainer exercise sessions. For

stop shop", an integrated approach to handling employee issues
related to occupational injuries/illnesses (Workers Compensation);
non-occupational injuries/illnesses; Short and Long term disability:
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); ADA accommodations for employees,
applicants, and citizens; modified/light duty and return to work;
coordination of work fitness exams; Title VII charges of discrimination
(i.e. sexual harassment complaint; formal EEO charges). For
