Facilities Management :: Managing for Results
Managing for Results (MFR) is a comprehensive management system that integrates strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement designed to achieve results for the customer. MFR reporting demonstrates accountability to taxpayers by showing them how their tax dollars are spent. Managing for Results:
- identifies the priorities (goals and objectives) the County is addressing
- develops an overall plan to attend to those priorities
- establish policies, programs, and services that align to those priorities
- helps to organize and implement budgeting, accounting, and management systems that support the strategies, goals, and objectives laid out in the priorities
- develops and tracks cost and performance datum to monitor progress in reaching the goals and objectives
