There are six (6) Regional Maintenance Centers, also know as RMC’s, that are comprised of a single Maintenance Supervisor and an average crew of 18 maintenance technicians. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of building maintenance in their respective areas. The RMC’s have a defined service territory which they are solely responsible for. The territories are determined by various factors such as - facility square footage, distribution, and other functions.

The benefits are improved customer service through faster response times, improved communications, personalized service and developing an understanding of the special needs of customers in the various regions.
