Article 5 of the Maricopa County Procurement code covers the services for construction, renovation and remodel of facilities, roadways, parks, etc. for Maricopa County. The Facilities Management is responsible for construction, renovation and remodel of vertical structures not otherwise handled by the Flood Control District, the Stadium District, the Library District and the Parks & Recreation Department.
