Chandler - In 1891, Dr. A.J. Chandler bought 80 acres of desert land from the federal government on the south side of the Salt River Valley. Today, the City of Chandler stretches 58 square miles, has 90,000 homes, 240,000 residents, and a dynamic industrial and retail business base.


Phoenix - Incorporated in 1881, Phoenix is young by historical standards but now ranks as one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation. Visitors, residents and businesses will find that Phoenix offers just about everything in the way of sports, recreation, arts, culture, dining, lodging and financial opportunities. Gilbert - Gilbert is a young, affluent community in central Arizona originally incorporated on July 6, 1920. Gilbert has experienced a rapid transition from a historically agriculture-based community to an urban center and suburb in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. In the last two decades, Gilbert has grown at a pace unparalleled by most communities in the United States, increasing in population from 5,717 in 1980 to over 138,000 in January 2003.


Queen Creek- Since its incorporation in 1989, the Town of Queen Creek has fulfilled residents’ dreams for the community. The Town has adopted several award-winning plans designed to guide future growth, planning and land use as well as provide amenities.

 

 

 


Tempe - The first settlers to move to the Tempe area, south of the Salt River and east of Phoenix, were Hispanic families from southern Arizona. The town was named Tempe in 1879. "Lord" Darrell Duppa, an Englishman who helped establish Phoenix, is credited with suggesting the name.


Mesa - Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona and the nation’s 40th-largest city. Mesa enjoys the best in a variety of amenities including parks within easy walking distance from home, a variety of sports facilities that cater to athletes young and old, highly rated golf courses for every skill level, a diversity of special events and community festivals, and Mesa’s ever-popular Chicago Cubs Spring Training baseball.
