Maricopa County Auditor Ross L. Tate and a national consulting firm have completed an audit of contract payments for the Downtown Court Tower.Tate reported the findings to the Board of Supervisors on Monday, October 18.
The report had three questioned billings ranging from $666 to $55,000, representing only 0.09% of the $69.7 million billed through March 31, 2010. The report also cited three good construction practices, including regular transparent communication through this website.
