Philip Hazlett was elected to the North Valley Justice Precinct Constables Office in 1998 and has served in that capacity since 1999. Prior to serving in the North Valley Precinct, Philip was appointed to the Glendale Justice Precinct where he served until 1998.
Before becoming a Constable, Philip served in the United States Marine Corps and is a Vietnam Veteran. Philip has worked as a law enforcement and firefighter ranger with the National Forest Service, as well as a Detention Officer with both the Maricopa County Sheriff and the Scottsdale Police Department.
